Living the Dough Life

In 2015, The Bing Pizzeria story begins with a freshly dating couple of pizza lovers. Tracey, whose family is from New York, wanted to take Chris, the ultimate dough nerd, to her favorite local pizzeria, Bada Bing. The restuarant became a weekly routine for them over the next several years. Meanwhile, Chris had steady been working to perfect his sourdough pizza recipe at home. In 2021, the opportunity to purchase one of their favorite date spots presented itself. With little resturant experience, the two decided to put their passion for pizza to the test! After a steep learning curve, Tracey & Chris Nowlin decided they were ready to re-brand the restaurants to fit their vision, and The Bing Pizzeria was born!
